Set in a world where the internet is navigated through virtual avatars called NetNavis, players control Lan and his NetNavi MegaMan.EXE. The game blends RPG exploration with real-time grid-based combat.
New features include the 'Style Change' system allowing MegaMan to evolve mid-battle, and the 'Navi Customizer' for hardware upgrades. The game introduces 7 new Navi enemies based on classic Mega Man bosses.
The Blue Version contains exclusive content like the Ground Style transformation and unique Battle Chips including Punk and BowlMan chips. Post-game content includes the challenging Serenade Area.
