HackDragon Ball Kart 64 is a comprehensive "reskin" ROM hack of the classic Mario Kart 64. Created by the modder ImmaVegeta and released in early 2018, it replaces Nintendo's cast and world with characters and themes from the Dragon Ball franchise, letting players race through iconic locations like Planet Namek and the Hyperbolic Time Chamber.

As a texture hack of Mario Kart 64, all core gameplay elements remain intact. Characters still handle the same, and all 16 tracks feature identical layouts, ensuring rock-solid stability and a familiar feel for veterans of the original.
The entire presentation has been overhauled with Dragon Ball flair. This includes custom character renders, voice clips (with memorable lines like Vegeta's "STAY BACK FREAKS"), and re-themed items—Senzu Beans act as Mushrooms, Energy Blasts replace Shells, and the 1-Star Dragon Ball serves as the Starman.
The game features a complete character roster swap: Goku, Vegeta, Frieza, Trunks, Krillin, Piccolo, Beerus, and Cell. Tracks are renamed to fit the theme, such as 'Cell Raceway,' 'Beerus Parkway,' and 'World of Void,' offering a fresh visual experience for Dragon Ball fans nearly 30 years after it was originally 'denied a place on the Nintendo 64.'
